I love Peter Kays' stand up routines but could never really get into his sit-com stuff, Car Share however is brilliant, I laughed out loud for the first time in ages.

Off Topic - The "garlic bread!" routine did start to get a bit wearing though, perhaps because I worked in an Italian Restaurant and heard it repeated hundreds of times.

Jap Si had me laughing too, 'he isn't oriental and he isn't called Simon' - my wife didn't get it (I had to explain to her what the joke was).

Even my other half got that joke and she needs most humour explained to her. So did my 14 year old son who made a rare appearence from his pit to get a drink. Walked into the room, laughed his little face off, got a drink and went back to play Fifa. We were all sniggering like kids.

fk me can this get any better?! I really thought the second episode about dogging was one of the funniest things I have seen on telly for years. I also agree with earlier posters that it is not wrong to slightly fancy her, I would...hehe

I was watching this weeks episode for the 3rd time as the Mrs catches up. I though the portrayal of someone in the morning being a little refreshed from the night before was simply fantastic. I wondered if the ad libbed much of the dialogue. Here's the scenario, drive around a bit and see what happens sort of thing.

Whatever though, it was nice clever and funny stuff.

The little parp had me in tears.

I reckon most of it is ad lib, it is just too sharp to be scripted, he seemed to be genuinely pissing himself at the end of episode 2, just so well put together

Anyone else always expecting a "Chorley FM" style broadcast when we hear excerpts of the morning radio show?

Enjoying this so far smile

Yeah, the college advert is funny. I loved the one in episode 1 too: (I'm paraphrasing here) 'Are you feeling rundown and depressed - suffering from lack of energy? Then you need a new shed, from The Shed Surgery!' smile

Another convert to this after a mate suggested I'd like it.

Really well written and acted, reminds me a little of "Early Doors" which still rates as my all time favourite comedy. No crappy canned laughter, just really good character development and quality scripts.

6.

Really need to pay attention to catch the subtle jokes that usually whoosh straight over me.
