Episode 4 has been the best of the series so far. Pure class.

It is good but I'm not personally finding it as amazing as many are. I laugh far more at anything by Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton or similar. But maybe I am dark and twisted smile

As mentioned above the series wraps up this week, with Ep 5 on Weds and Ep 6 sneaked in on Friday for some reason.

Tonight's show. Petrol in the Diesel ...

The petite redhead is vivacious and fascinating.

Seen a couple of episodes not all the way from start to finish. Enjoyed what I've seen ... in parts.

Good to see Art Garfunkel doing his bit and picking him up from the pavement.

Does anyone else get bugged by the fact his rear window is so filthy?

Yes from the first episode I viewed. Suspect they've deliberately put some vaseline over the glass to cloud the issue as detail seen through it would be a distraction. The rear screen is middle and centre nearly the whole programme.

Most likely, especially as it's clear in the interior shots, but it's one of those things I now can't help but notice. Anyway, that aside I am enjoying this and think Peter Kay is quite good at writing likeable characters

This bugged me from the start but I'm pretty sure it's for continuity so I'll let them off. It'd be more distracting if the following car changed in every shot.

Had the same conversation with hubby last week and came to conclusion that it is to ensure we don't get distracted with what is going on behind them.

Did anyone else visualise the hot tub in 1997 - she'd have been 18. Oh well...

"It's not broken if you can bend it"

I still think the 'drunk' episode is the best so far - her squeaky voice and the hair.

The 'Dogging' one is my favourite so far!

The first 2 episodes were great, the next 2 haven't been as good IMO!

That was brilliant.

And don't forget the lipstick that she thought was lip balm. biggrin

I assumed it was to shield the camera crew who are probably following directly behind. The car its self is probably on a trailer / being towed as well.

The smear seemed most evident when the smear was still there immediately exiting the car wash...

Exactly this I think.

Actually I have wondered whether he is driving or not, if not it is really realistic and done well.

I read an interview somewhere where they said they're being towed.
