Inside Jaguar: Channel 4 28/05/15 @ 2100hrs
Discussion
A 'heads up' for next Thursday on Channel 4.
Mark Evans inside the Jaguar factory where craftsmen build the most expensive car in Jaguar's history. The lLightweight will cost more than £1,000,000 and is an exact re-creation of the racing version of the E-Tyoe.
As only 12 were made and one is (was) for sale at a London dealer for £5,000,000 Jaguar decided to build six new ones.
Evans finds the production process is both painstaking and mildly disaster-prone in a very British way.

Heads up for this on Thursday on 4 as it sounds promising, blurb:
"Mark Evans follows the creation of the Lightweight E-type, the manufacturer's most expensive car ever, finding out exactly what goes into building a vehicle fit for a millionaire. Plans were made for 18 of the cars to be built back in 1963, but only 12 were ever produced - and now another six are being put together by specialist engineers to finally finish the project. However, the presenter discovers that not everyone is happy with the situation"

Seen the adverts for this looks good, think it said contains strong language so should be an honest warts n all without annoying bleeping out every other kin word.
I did read some where they are referred to as the owed 6 or missing 6, might have been a PH. or Goodwood GRRC write up some months back.
