What the hell is wrong with Harvey Keitel? After so long in Hollywood how can he be so desperate for the cash that he is ready to destroy our memory of Mr Wolf in Pulp Fiction? How can I watch Pulp Fiction again without thinking of those awful adverts?

I used to think Harvey Keitel was quite cool. How wrong could I be!

Same for Ewan McGregor.

It it just me, but if I were worth tens or hundreds of millions of pounds there is no way I would prostitute myself to promote crap just for a few more pounds.

Because no matter how rich you are, a few hours work for money that could equate to a new top of the range car, is always going to tempt them.

Moneys money, it's probably not exactly hard work and unless it's really going to be career harming they probably dont care about the average opinion smile

Kevin Costner advert for Rio Mare, I don't know why but he looks like a bit of a tool in one of them. Also the Orbit gum ads with Banderas or Kutcher, they really are crap

Not an actor, but I also nominate Jürgen Klopp, trainer of a german football club making adverts for razors of some kind and never bothering to shave.

Not an actor... but Wayne Rooney advertising wine is fun. My kneecap could deliver lines better than him.

I could never understand why Timothy West appeared in Eastenders. Always seemed a bit like a liner in a yacht marina to me.

Come to Australia. We get to enjoy Coles (one of the two big supermarket chains here) us ing Status Quo in their ads.

Not just the music, the actual band.

They've even use a bastardised version of one of their songs.

Sad.

George Clooney could have promoted Bentley, Jaguar, Rolex, Armani, Ray Ban or any other super cool high end product but no, he stars in those stupid coffee machine adverts.
