Why are they wearing crash helmets? They are not on motorbikes.

And over on Amazon, they've been filming this.

Wasn't this last year though, and fairly well known about. Surely the decision makers at new Top Gear should have thought to avoid Reliant Robins.

Presumably the lack of roof and the Rialto's (they ain't Robins) prepencity to roll over meant that the shows H&S/Insurance bods insisted on it?

Also "Top Gear is slated for release in May."

Seems everyone is a critic!

That'll be Elf's fault.

Jezza wore a helmet, and he had a roof...

Looks like it's going to be great.

I don't think the Reliant has ever featured on the show before now either.

So we're getting two different shows featuring middle aged men and British built plastic cars with three wheels? This will be a remembered as a real high point in broadcasting history.

I suspect a large parrot with a side order of whoosh may well be on its way to the Scuffers table.

I like Mr Evans on the radio during my commute to work in the morning.

I don't like the way he going on and on and on and on about Top Gear. The swooning over Matt LeBlanc this morning was also horrendous.

The more he talks about Top Gear, the more I think it isn't going to be that great.

He said on the radio that the producers were insistent they did a Robin feature as it's a Top Gear tradition.

Isn't he one of the producers, though?

And they've used a Reliant 3-wheeler twice AFAIK. Once for the shuttle launch, and once for the Clarkson and Stig rolling it repeatedly gag.

Yeah, but these ones are painted like flags. Innit.

I get in the car every morning just in time to hear him "interviewing" some kid or other. Where he finds all these precocious, plumb in mouth, middle England kids I don't know. A small catchment area I think. It's about as entertaining as having teeth pulled. Talk about flogging a dead horse.
I'll give the show a go but as I can't stand Evans, that German bint or the F1 dwarf I doubt I'll be a fan.

That's a piss-poor excuse.

I thought this next generation of Top Gear was meant to go in a completely new direction?
