Personally I think it's the other way around. Button always seems to try too hard to be funny to me.

I think they both have a bit of charisma, though obviously quite different characters... Button's not exactly a comedian but it would be nice to have at least one guy on the show who actually has an in-depth understanding of cars and driving...

Doesn't 'not speaking' avoid Equity rules also? I always assumed it was a clever trick to avoid sharing repeat fees or paying more in the first instance?
