Gattaca. A futuristic world where the heroine has a Citroen DS and the police patrol in Rover P6s.
Also features a lovely green Buick Riviera in the opening scene. Another Riviera (not so nice brown colour) in Armored (Matt Dillon).

Another one I can think of is Kill Bill 2 - Black De Tomaso Mangusta.

Death Proof had some nice muscle cars. A Chevy Nova, Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger.
The Business had a Porsche 928 & Mercedes SL, I think?
Ronin had some crackers. From memory, an S8, an SEL 6.9, an E34 M5 and possibly a Citroen XM?

It is great. It makes me laugh that De Niro mis-pronouncing 'Hereford' unknowingly pronounces it *nearly* how the locals do.

Not a film but the soap Eldorado had an Alpine Renault A610. Stunningly gorgeous. Probably one of the most beautiful cars ever to have a Renault engine and the bedroom car porn of those petrolhead teenagers who thought about cars.

They used to be a rare sight in the 90s but most seem to have gone the same way as the lead car in the soap.

What, transformed into TR7 for a fraction of a second before blowing up? wink

I think you and I were the only people who ever watched Eldorado.

Can't remember the film name, where Nic Cage takes an alternative course in his life, awful film BUT has a grey 550 Maranello in it, always loved them in that colour.

Now a rarer sight than rare thing that there are very few of.
That was "Howard's Way" wasn't it? If so, I read an article where the actor who played the character with the Alpine actually owned the car and used his own (wonder if he got extra for that?).

There's a Lotus Exige in RED 2 (not a good film). Apparently Matt Becker does stunt driving, just as his father did in The Spy Who Loved Me.
