Massive piss boiler on now, I hit super heated status in around 4 minutes lol.
I just can't get worked up about this stuff anymore. They have crap lives, they will always have crap lives, they will die with crap lives. They tax money they piss through is trivial in the grand scheme of things. That fat cow's entire life on benefits for her and her kids will coat less that the electrical panel I've just seen ordered for a submarine, only required because sailor-boy overtightened the bolts. The people who I feel sorry for are the workers on minimum wage struggling to make ends meet for little advantage over these muppets.
I consider myself pretty left wing and liberal, but fk me! I very nearly launched the TV through the window about thirty seconds after that obese, self-entitled hippocrocapig opened her gob.
How fking selfish and irrational do you have to be to put your whole family on the street, just to prove a point?
And don't even get me started about those lazy, feckless wkers who where prepared to let their young son life in a mouldy, st stained house. If I was that Housing Officer, I'd have referred them to Children's Services to put a rocket up their arse
At least the old chap got a nice flat. He was the only decent, genuine one on the whole show.

Go on Facebook and join your local social housing exchange and rent forums also local stuff for sale.
You have people that when they piss people off they all start swapping houses around to live in an area where they haven't kicked off in yet, repeat on a loop, they kick off with pets and they've always escaped, their houses are in majority st tips - especially gardens and they all seem to sell fake goods and stolen push bikes. Babys equal instant upgrade.
Obviously this doesn't work of your local area is Knightsbridge but seeming as I live in between both areas where skint was filmed I have I very high hit rate.

Utter horsest.
what's your GMC number and when did you get your CCT in Paediatrics and /or Neurology ... Global

Delay
Utter horsest.
Calm down petal, the first statement was aimed at the entitlement-based language used. A personal bugbear. And I stand by my opinion of the second condition sounding like utter horsest in the circumstances in which it was presented.

Just watched this.
A few observations
The family living with the sick father, I can't quite understand why the lad couldn't work? Seem to be able to walk reasonably fine, and could do some sort of office job, no problem. Sad demise to his parents, and I have sympathy for that, though he's probably gonna go the same way.
The family of 3 living in the bunk beds, did everyone hear the dad say 'that's us sorted for life' when they moved in, seriously, WTF?
The foreign couple, the daughter was seriously ill, but why couldn't one of the parents work?
Finally, there was a girl who went back to the housing association, with a new sick note, and a massive grin on her face. Made me laugh when she was shot down.
ETA, the ADHT kid. What is ADHT? He just looked bored out of his head. Why couldn;t dad go for a kick about with his son or something? Take him up the park and play games or something? Felt sorry for the kid, he just wanted to have fun, but all he got was 'leave the dog alone' ' dont do that' etc.

Yep, or he can stay and look after kids while the mother gets full time work. It would be a struggle but between one full time income and 2x benefits I'm sure they could privately rent a 3/4 bed house somewhere...andyjo1982 said:

Yes I thought that was weird - they are not on assured lifetime tenancies anymore?andyjo1982 said:

I thought the guy worked in IT - if so begs the question why they need social housing and 35k conversion?andyjo1982 said:

Yep just seemed like a normal kid full of curiosity and energy with cabin fever, a dad who probably never thinks to do anything outside the house and being brought up with the hope and joy being slowly crushed and drained from constantly being told he is doing something wrong, seeing nothing but hopelessness and poverty from his farther. Sad. Why the hell is he not allowed to play with his dog for gods sake?! I hope he uses his surroundings as a catalyst to do well, however being removed from school is not a good start.
Anyone see the episode last night? Fairly fit young woman had been given notice by her landlord, and only had a few days to find somewhere. She was forced to go private, but couldn't find the deposit, and phoned a payday loan company (!!!). To their credit, they asked questions, and turned her down. The rent was going to be £575pm, but her income was only £650/700 pm, although she claimed she had been promised more hours (they all say that, love).
But the funniest part was when the loan company calculated her ability to repay - how much do you spend on food? £30 pm. Sorry, what was that? £30pm. We eat a lot of Iceland pizza. They pointed out to her that her outgoings already exceeded her income BEFORE the loan. All she seemed able to do was cry all the time when she heard things she didn't want to hear.
I hope her landlord was watching. The family stumped up the deposit, but she was a disaster in waiting.

but how can the powerfully builtr company directors of PH keep their workers lean and hungry ? 2.Shows that 0 hour contracts need to be banned.

it's interestign that the world of agency work and zero hours is paitned as one of scant work ... probably becasue the people who only get scant work are only scantily worthy of employment ... where others on the same contracts are getting regualr full time ( and overtime) or the hours they want ...
Felt bad for that Asian lady. Had nowhere to go but made the mistake of working full time so they weren't interested
From what I've seen zero hours are a one way benefit - employers expect you to drop everything to meet their needs but if that person happens to be busy they get overlooked for future hours. Plus you have no long term stability
