I felt sad when Carl was talking about his nephew, how he'd like to be involved with him.

Truthfully, I think he knew, and everyone around him including the doctors, that it was just way too late. Once you get that big, it's impossible to lose weight.

Eating less is a good start.

They must have been shovelling food into him like a railway fireman to get him that fat.

Yes very sad this week, and so much different to last weeks episode.

He didn't blame anyone else for his condition, he wasn't demanding anything and was grateful for the help he was receiving. Such a shame it killed him.
