Mr Robot. Only watched 1 episode but really enjoyed it.
IT whizz and socially awkward person gets mixed up in stuff.
Even Christian Slater hasn't spoiled it... Yet.
I was going to mention this. Watched the first two episodes on Friday night, really enjoyed it - just hope it doesn't fall spectacularly off the rails like Extant did, and the pace stays taught unlike Outlander, which was all over the place..IT whizz and socially awkward person gets mixed up in stuff.

Watched these two at the weekend, they were ok in their own way, scores above average on IMDB
The Face Of Love - A widow falls for a guy who bears a striking resemblance to her late husband.

he Hundred-Foot Journey - The Kadam family leaves India for France where they open a restaurant directly across the road from Madame Mallory's Michelin-starred eatery.

Down to £59 for the next couple of days if anyone's interested.
Indeed - until the 18th November. Worth every penny IMO!On topic...I enjoyed Mr Robot...but would have loved to have seen more from Tyrell. I could have watched a whole show just about him!

Watched the pilot of Hand of God last night, interesting and will watch some more tonight.
I'm on episode 6, and can't decide whether to watch any more, it's a bit st.I do like Ray Donovan, Bosch, the man in the high castle etc.
I thought Bosch was excellent, highly recommended and an easy watch, first series had a decent villain and plot. I look forward to another one.
Mr. Robot was OK, overall I enjoyed it, but it went a bit off the rails in the last few episodes, and could have been tied together better, great acting all around though, just writing needed improving.
Tried first episode of Hand of God and gave up, don't think it's my sort of thing.
Man in the high castle looks promising, excellent production value from the looks of it too (judging on first episode), and understanding Japanese I'll get that bit more out of it than the average viewer too, so looking forward to investing a bit of time in it.
Best of all though is a huge back catalogue of children's TV shows, even original Ringo Starr commented Thomas the tank engine, keeps my son entertained for hours (he seems to favour Peppa Pig) and lets me relive my childhood a bit when I try to get him to watch other things.

1971 - really excellent drama film about a young soldier cut off in the Falls Road area of Belfast. Really good. Interesting that they had to use present day Blackburn to look like 70s Belfast!
Gagarin - think that was what it was called - obviously about Yuri Gagarin. Most enjoyable.
8 Mile - I've got this anyway but well worth a watch, even if you don't like rap. Eminem is an extremely talented guy, and the film itself is beautifully shot with gritty views of decaying Detroit. Easy 10/10 from me.

Nothing too ground breaking from me.
I'm currentlt watching Parks & Recreation, which is best described as occasionally amusing rather than laugh out loud. Kills the time on the train though.
Watched every episode of Friday Night Dinners before that and that was quite funny.
Going to move onto Drifters when I've finished Parks & Recreation.
