Bit about the wife dying of cancer and the husband keep thinking to tell her stuff through the day but she's not there to tell anymore had me crying for the 1st time in years, had to give the wife a hug.
His story had me finding dirt in my eye too, I can't remember the last time I saw such emotional TV and I don't usually have much empathy. It was unstaged, direct and bitter - very real.

It's re-run tonight if anyone missed it, but I really don't like the thick too much make up sisters from Leeds or the smart arse Geordie bird with her parents.

I got a little bit of a shock last night when just after a bit with Nick Frost (can that man get any bigger?) they had a little interlude of filming down what I assume were supposed to be random streets and the camera paused on my house!

Stop with the heavy news stories again.

Don't want to see these viewers discussing North Korea's military crap and in or out of the EU.
This is supposed to be light entertainment.

I think Scarlett's family are becoming the stars of the show. Some of the comments between them 😆

Why aren't the posh couple on much any more?

I enjoyed last nights episode and I kept laughing at most of it, I do also like Steph and Dom but as has been said they don't seem to be in it much now.

They've got their own program and book out now, probably don't have time nor need the fame or money!

At the start I thought they were naturally funny and the bumbling posh pisshead angle made them stand out from the others, unfortunately they're now the worst for acting up to the camera for the sake of it i.e. always at the drink no matter what.

Everything they do lately just seems forced to me, their own show was just cringeworthy with false matey mateyness kissy kissy bullst

This ^^

Thankfully the editors seem to be cutting down a little on those who blatantly play to the cameras. Although there's an element of that with the Moffat lot.

Must admit was Amused by Scarlets's face at her Mum's positive reaction when she talked about moving out.

This is the stuff that winds me up. All of them commenting and gushing at Bridget Jones as if they've never seen it before.

It's on TV at least 10 times a year. There can't be an adult in the country that hasn't watched it before.

It's interesting, if only to hear a Texas-born American woman doing a middle-class English accent. Surprisingly well.

Giles and Mary- who's her stylist, Stevie Wonder?

The vicar's dog is the biggest exhibitionist on the box, worse than David Walliams. He's like a canine Ron Jeremy - all we get is constant c*ck and balls.

Why always the big surprises when a tv programme comes on ? Surely they know what's about to come on most of the time or are they told for the sake of the programme not to check any tv listings but e.g. put BBC1 on at 9pm on Tuesday ?

They get a showreel to watch, rather than organically watching the television of their choice - they're only filmed on one night per week.

Ah ok cheers. Presumably though they must watch stuff before the rest of us do ? Otherwise they'd be saying we watched this the other night etc.

Yeah, if I didnt know she was American and someone told me I dont think I would have believed them, she looks and sounds so English, very talented.

However she looked lovely in the first one with some extra pounds, in the second one she went a bit far and in some scenes reminded me of Timothy Spall.
