Constructing two buildings in five months would be pretty good going.

How does that crowdfunding work?

What do people get from donIng and why is it all or nothing?

Sorry if I missed an explanation.

See Kickstarter, Indiegogo etc. Say what your project is and how much you need. Set up pledges with a reward for each, anything from a thank you message for donating a few quid upto visiting the place for £££. If it hits target, you get the money from pledges, if you don't hit target, you get nothing and everyone who pledged keeps their money and carry on with their lives.

In fact I don't really like any of it.

The roof is clever in design but the aluminium looks messy to me.

I'm oot!

Yeah, I thought the aluminium edging was a bit wonky.

They go 90k over budget.

"You have to play the cards you've been given." says he.

Except that when you're playing against yourself, and you're also the dealer, then you don't!

Take some responsibility for your inordinate debt, you plum!
