Those hand held computers are better at fixing cars than all the breakdown services put together! 
The blonde from Gravesend is a bit nuts. Part of me is hoping that in one of the remaining two parts of the show she is going to get ticketed for some dodgy parking outside the local school (just like she referenced at the start of the show)

What staggered me was her argument that they should expect abuse, "just like doctors get abuse", as though people being abused in the workplace is somehow acceptable.
