Did you also notice the Rokstone woman (ex-Foxtons) getting into a Merc, then the next interior shot was in the camera crews MPV (or a taxi) only going back to the Merc when she got out.

Horrible kitchen in the development, triple laminated bullet proof glass for work surfaces and an "automatic" dishwasher (I thought all dishwashers were automatic) with touch to open that didn't open when he tried it.

And the estate agent selling the £3m castle with a moat was driving a fiesta.

The bullet proof glass table/ crushed velvet everything developer seemed like he was building the house more to the tastes of Brighthouse customers than UHNWs, but then he said that these were all things that ended up selling really well to the middle-east crowd. I guess they like tacky things.

The Rokstone woman was ghastly, being one of those people who leeches off the wealthy and tries to copy their style, or in this case, lack of it. Not surprised to hear she is ex-Foxtons. The castle was the only decent property shown. Otherwise, the finishes in the renovated properties were dreadful, just proving that money doesn't always buy taste.

She isn't leeching off anyone. She's providing a service and charging for it. Seemed to me she knew what her customers were after and provided it.

Good for her I say.
