Carol isn't in Negan's lineup and we see her in the trailer with all the others who aren't. I don't think they have anyone of the 11 featured in the scenes shown.

I think it will be Daryl, Abraham or Glenn.
Norman wants to do more Hollywood, isn't a book character so easy to write out but is popular.
Glenn shouldn't have survived the dumpster incident.
Abraham, popular but disposable.

It won't be either of the Grimes, I think all the girls are safe.
Aaron isn't a core character, not enough impact.
Which leaves Eugene, Negan will want to take out a hardman/threat. Eugene was a useful idiot in the show to bring them together.
