Good episode, but about two seasons too late for me. I know I should have enjoyed this, but Ive spent too long watching these people just plod about and now I honestly dont care who survives.

Clever. Made it look like the guy with the beard was him by saying "your property is now the property of Negan". Had me fooled.

Hmmm. Don't get me wrong I do like stabby but it was all a bit convenient for me. No big characters offed, just incidentals.

And I thought everyone going on an epic slash and not getting remotely bitten was rather far fetched.

And Rick leaving his kid with mentally unbalanced rev to wander off through a zombie hoarde? Brother please.

And the RPG... was there one? I didn't see the wooshy bit. Only the bikers getting vaporised which admittedly was pretty cool.

Grumble Grumble Grumble dark side.

Whilst I think the same whilst watching it and know that it cheapens the experience, I have long ago been resigned to the fact that is how it is with this show and if I gloss over these 'convenient' decisions/actions and completely suspend my disbelief, I can actually numb my brain to enjoy the hack 'n' slash action.

Negan is being played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, the Comedian in Watchmen

Here is not Robert Downey Junior.

Can it be too late if you watched it?

Just at the point where the grotty kid was speaking up, I was pondering on Rick's hand, and how it never happened, and if Coral's eye would happen...and seconds later, Coral gets shot in the face....sweet. biggrin

Carl's eye was magnificent.

"Dad...?" Drops to the floor. Look forward to his governeresque look next week.

Brilliant start.

Is it bad that I didn't care about the casualties? hehe

Can we please acknowledge Andy Lincoln's "questionable" American accent, and agree that his son is called 'Carl', so as to avoid any confusion with the future Mrs Doofus that is 'Carol'?

Restart to the series.

Mid season interval, not new series

I think she'll stick around, she showed signs of not being a fruitloop and knuckling down I thought.

For a Psychiatrist she's quite adept and fast at dealing with deadly gunshot wounds into people's heads through an eye. Especially when she couldn't save Holly who had only been stabbed in the thigh. smile
