New series starring Paul Giamatti and Damian Lewis as opposing forces in the hedge fund world. Anyone seen this?

Have you seen it already?

IMDB says that episode 1 is to be released on 17 January.

Is the 17th for America with nothing announced for the UK yet?

I'll have a look, thanks. Always liked Giamatti, and Lewis rarely disappoints. Looking for a hole to fill now Homeland and Fargo are done.

Enjoyable pilot. I think this series will be worth watching. The padding in the first episode was bit obvious - setting out future themes etc - but overall it bodes well. Liked the stiletto ending, not expected.

We get it is weekend in the States. How have you guys seen it earlier?

I like Giamatti but whatever he does Sideways will always be his finest work as far as I'm concerned.

Can't speak for JB but I got it off EZTV before Christmas. A pre-release of the pilot probably.

Slower burn, but equally as captivating on Ep2

Really hoping this doesnt burn out!

Cheeky bump of thread - anyone keeping up with this? Definitely enjoying it, seems to have lightened up with a little wit now too. Anyone in the industry that sinks to the depths of a PH TV thread care to comment on realism?

Thanks, assume though that it's on a new series then there must've been a series already.

Anyone know where i can catch up?

There has only been one series, and it hasn't finished yet.

The first official opportunity to view it in the UK will be in May on Sky Atlantic.

It's pretty good IMO, probably the last show in the world you would want to watch with your parents though laugh

I watched the pilot episode last night - really enjoyed it, I think I'm hooked already, feels like a more gritty version of Suits.
