Terrible TV production with the arena, coloured lighting horrible, poor camera work, bad direction and stop cutting to the audience during a battle.

So much untested stuff here. If the Carbide team had tested that they'd know they were going to blow the motor by spinning it at full speed and then slamming it to a dead stop against something.

I remember Robot Wars had a roadshow type thing years ago, and a few robots came along - I remember thinking the same about one of them... but can't remember what it was called... a huge yellow flat thing, with a double prong/flipper up front? Whatever it was, it was huge!

Really dislike the filming/editing. Turned it off purely because of that.

Too many obscure "arty" angles, Cuts to quickly. Cant get a real sense of whats going on, Too many flashing lights. Why cant they have just filmed it normally like all other shows.

We've been to this for 8 years running. They didn't have it this year because of the filming. Really good afternoon and very similar to tv show.

The ball and chain thing was a nonsense. Low with a flipper and good armour from an attack above works best.

Edit: scratch that idea.

The look on the Behemoth driver's face after that fight, it looked like the arse had dropped out of him.

Carbide looks like an instant classic. Great destruction.

Agree filming is not great it misses action. Need more cameras and better editing.
