We're an hour behind on BBC2 here in Scotland for some reason so I just watched this. Good show tonight and a good winner, shame the disc robot went out so early as it had potential.

piss poor robots so far. havn't seen one innovative design. Imean dantomkia was a top robot in the old version. And the winner was a pushing flip wedge. I mean i recon a robot like panic attack could come in here and win. (still a good robot but was past its best by series 4 or 5)

Good one tonight, I think they put a less good robot in each week like Nuts, Chimaera and Overdozer in to have a laugh, and not make it past round one so then the proper robots can get on with it. But then episode one happened, Razer went out and Nuts got through

Can't see Shockwave or TR2 doing much against Carbide though.

Overdozer made me laugh when Dara said "MDF body with petrol engine inside which can burn it down" and they had no answer, just a look of "darn, didn't think of that". Shame they didn't get hit by a spinning disc weapon or chucked on the fire pit.

I do like the ones that have zero chance, you just know it seemed like a good idea at the time after a few beers then they realised they have no idea how to build a chair never mind a robot.
