Awesome! Loved it the first time round and even participated in some regional heats as part of a school team.

Razer was my favourite from an engineering perspective.

Apparently, filming stats in Glasgow on march 4th.
so we probbably wont see anything until the autumn at least.

Let's hope they DONT bring back the house robots or the pit, I want to see fighting action between two robots not having fights decided by a third party intervention or making a wrong turn and parking in the pit. Have you seen the new yank robot wars, that's what I want to see. Hypnodisc was a game changer and was awesome, hope they come back. Will chaos 2 be back?? Has it's drivers balls dropped yet??? We need a fighting drone version as well.

Has technology improved so that the components can be hidden and thus meaning lucky shots are a thing of the past?

Check out some videos on youtube of Battlebots, they've not evolved massively interms of weaponary but there have been big jumps in motor tech, so you've now got the power to back up the weapon.

Robots like Ice Wave, Tombstone, Witch Doctor and Warhead are so destructive!
