Yep, load of random stuff that's gradually knitting itself together. Hooked me enough to want to see the next episode to see where it's going. I do find it unusual that there isn't one single likeable character anywhere in that opening episode!

Vaguely incoherent with plenty of possibilities when it all comes together.

I like that it's mostly (to me) unknown actors, so much less preconceived in my head....

Will be watching this one through!

Just read that it's created by the person who gave us The Bridge which is one of my all time favourite shows.
I really can't wait for next week now!

Intriguing, I must say. Thought the backing music was very well done too.

I'm on my own then; dreary, badly lit, no sympathetic characters, no narrative, no thanks. Pretentious mediocrity leveraging off the Scandi noir fad and doing it badly. Friel still can't act.

Has potential but please for once can we have a copper who doesn't come from some dysfunctional home environment and just concentrate on the main plot without the need for a variety of sideshows.

No not just you. I thought it was average at best. Too many cliché for me; the detective from a dysfunctional family with kids at boarding school getting back into a case that reminds her of some other case she no doubt failed to solve.

As for the cast, they've all been in everything, Brookside, Corrie, Downton Abbey, the Office (the Swindon lot), and especially the mixed race women from Last Tango in Halifax she's in just about everything these days!

There's not much in a Monday night so let's hope it develops.

Yep, and despite still not warming to any of the characters are enjoying it thoroughly. Lots of apparently random unlinked things going on, but I guess they'll get tied in as the series progresses. One thing though, Anna Friel does scary batsh*t psycho mental very well!

So much going on I'm struggling to keep up with all the sub-plots.
Sticking with it though and hopefully all will start getting a bit clearer.

Anna Friel is starting to really annoy me. I fear this is going to be just another format of stroppy hard done by woman gets all hysterical, throws the rule book out the window and saves the day. Yawn.
