Old news but news all the same

Watching Excalibur on DVD, Missus tells me that Nigel Terry died in 2015 almost a year ago. Did a google here and his passing only got 2 posts

All I can say is "bugger", he really made Excalibur the film it was with the performance. What a sad loss to the Industry and life in general, albeit a bit late. Last thing I saw him in was Doctor Who.

Damn. RIP.

A great Merlin in that film. I wouldn't mind seeing it again.

I recall Nicol Williamson rather hamming it up as Merlin. but stealing every scene he was in. He died about 5 years ago as well. It's a good film. I saw it first at my sixth form's film club. They sure used a lot of Kensington Gore (fake blood).
