I've laughed more in these 5 minutes than I did in the past two episodes of New Top Gear.

The R8 gets better and better and Ferrari seem to have made a cracking drift car

Episode 3 was tonnes better, in no part due to a bit less CE.......thankfully. The Ferrari driven by a proper driver, the R8 also driven by a proper driver, even the Focus seemed to be driven by a decent driver....and all able to talk to the camera as well....and MLB, perhaps he alone should front the show, along with all the decent drivers. I thought he was brilliant with Ken Block. all in all, quite enjoyed number 3. Hopefully the BEEB will realise their catastrophic error of judgement, and use CE less and less.........things can only get better smile

This episode , and the sheer onslaught of presenters made me think : maybe they just wanted to audition the presenters on TV, then drop the ones that aren't working and keep the best 3/4 for next season.

I agree, MLB would be a great front, I liked the Rory guy and I like CH.

Forget about those, the Focus is where it's at.

Tonight best of the new series, liked Rory Reid, MLB, but hating the overlong 'stars in cars..' Nearly 25 mins of CE showing he can't run an interview, and the tedious ask the audience poll.

Focus same price to the pound as a mustang, so a mustang in RS Turbo Orange or rs turbo green would be my choice

Didn't mind that at all.

Totally skipped the guest section and it was very watchable.

CE cries, followed by CE vomits. Neither were believable. I wish he wouldn't try and encourage others to shout things out either.

I know Mr Block has his haters but I'd love to take his car to Sainsburys.

All in, this week was much better despite Mr Evans.

REALLY enjoyed tonights one. I've kept with it as there's nothing else to watch on a Sunday and tonight, genuinely happy I watched it.

Genuinely enjoyed the R8 feature except for Chris Evans and his stomach. Don't want to see that on tv, thanks!
Enjoyed the Ferrari film. Especially the bit where Chris was talking about the insurance on the £5m Ferrari!
Enjoyed the Focus RS feature.
For once, I think I enjoyed the SIARC part. Massive Kevin Hart fan and him and Anthony looked like they had genuine banter - more than the presenters do anyway. (Chris Evans seemed to shoot Kevin down a few times though)
MLB and Ken Block was good, but not as good as I was expecting after all the bad press it got.

All in, a MUCH better episode. Good to see Chris Harris back, and great to see less of Chris Evans (not that I have anything against him personally, but his cheesy, shouty personality makes me uncomfortable).

Nothing wrong with episode #3 at all clap Very enjoyable big budget (OK, our budget!) show and almost forgotten the old presenters now biggrin Respect to Monkey Harris - anyone who owns a 512TR is a true Petrolhead in my book wink

my thoughts exactly, I would add that Chris Harris seems more comfortable in the car presenting than standing in a studio with co presenters, but that's not a criticism, all of that takes time to be comfortable I guess.

Also Extra Gear is a good watch too.

I have to say it has improved from the first episode but the bar was set low there. Second episode was alright and the third one was quite good.
