While I agree if does look one sided, what if LF adds his knights to defend kings landing (perhaps with the intent to betray). That's 45,000 banner knights from him alone, plus the lanister army? Knocking on for 55-60,000. That's a fairly decent army to hold KL surely?
That's what I reckon will happen. LF will pull a Tywin, Cersei will do an Aerys and Jamie will do a Jamie.

I think LF will get the throne, or what's left of it before he dies, but then I also expect Lord Arryn to give up the vale for a ride on a dragon. I'm not sure how to reconcile that in my head.

Considering the hatred and distrust some of the houses had towards mere Wildlings a sudden appearance of 70,000 angry Dothraki might put the wind up a few houses as to create more support for Cersei (the old world) and a big battle somewhere in the middle of Westros where they all meet, er somewhere at a river crossing near the Kings Road North perhaps... the Trident? smile

I wonder how the Dothraki and Unsullied are going to deal with the snow? Going to be a bit of a shock for them.

She could probably exploit the destruction of the Sept by Wildfire as an act of god to rally popular support as well.

Whilst word of the fall of Winterfell has undoubtedly travelled south, what those words might be could still be up susceptible to spin by LF or there might be a propagation delay he could exploit. Didn't he agree with Cersei to do just that. Presumable she would learn that Jon Snow was hailed as King of the North at some point but LF might try a coup of his own against Cersei before that.

The crowning of Sersi was under heavy, heavy guard and the people of the city didn't seem too happy...she was hated before and they must realise he had a hand in it after her walk of shame.

I think there will be an uprising in KL, which will no doubt be quashed until the Jaime can and Queenslayer to his business card.
