Maybe a permanent warging into a dragon? Sod the crippled body, let the wights have it for what it'll do them, leaving his 'soul' to go free and do what it needs to.
Can't see that the 'touch' will be the route the WW take to get through the wall - the Horn of Winter seems far more likely, and could already be in the hands of the NK.
Orell warged into his hawk just before Jon killed him so possibleCan't see that the 'touch' will be the route the WW take to get through the wall - the Horn of Winter seems far more likely, and could already be in the hands of the NK.
Regarding the trees, the South cut down their weirwoods as they believe in the 7 gods whereas the North kept them as they believe in the old gods, who the trees are linked to. Though there is one in KL so maybe bran makes it to Winterfell and chats to people in KL?

Awesome. Kicking out the volumes quicker than GRRM.
So, Dany's gonna burn KL, Arya is a badass rogue, Bran may be God or may be the enemy of mankind, and Tyrion's a drunk I want to see King...
I reckon we'll see burning before Danni, I reckon the glimpse of the wildfire phials was a foreshadowing of st going down. So, Dany's gonna burn KL, Arya is a badass rogue, Bran may be God or may be the enemy of mankind, and Tyrion's a drunk I want to see King...

Can see Jaime and Tyrion lasting till the very end. Wouldn't mind Cersei dying. Sooner the better
I can see Tyrion and Jamie both dying. Tyrion has some good plot armor, but he's making himself an obvious target- he's just wanted dead by too many people.Jamie I can see having a heroic/noble death with some GoT twist to make it less holywood. Series one really seems like a fairytale compared to the mess Westeros is in now.

Mrs Iroc is re-watching from S1E1 (and reading book 1 as well), it is interesting for sure.
I had forgotten what a despicable little st Viserys was (his petulance and vile behaviour has been vastly overshadowed by Joffery and Ramsey especially)
From E1 Tyrion has been an engaging character, while both Sansa and Theon have not yet been surpassed in the whinging stakes (at least Theon has cause!)
Jorah's journey is an interesting one that has been overshadowed by Jamie's path to redemption
Most of the 'heroic' characters have been topped...
The thing that I can see coming to pass is Varys' quote WRT Littlefinger... "He would see this country burn if he could be king of the ashes."

Ahh yeh,the dragon over KL.
First series, yeah, it's like a different country, before the war, before the dark times.
I've been reading theories on Littlefinger, I know the show is less complex, but he is a devious lil st...
That army at Moat Cailin (if it is at Moat Calin)...he can't just turn it around, he doesn't really run it...so it'll be going North regardless?

Are we not a bit premature with the new thread?

It did occur to me that LF is as likely as anyone to know about the Wildfire underneath KL and, as mentioned, Varys did say he would watch the city burn to be king of the ashes. That army at Moat Cailin (if it is at Moat Calin)...he can't just turn it around, he doesn't really run it...so it'll be going North regardless?
Short of the WW and maybe the Dothraki I can think of few who would care less about the inhabitants.
The explosion could have a more innocent explaination unrelated to the fall of KL, of course.
