Nah, it'll be that BBC pottery prog (the one where some bloke burst into tears over how lovely a plate was). That said, even "BBC" has different connotations these days!
Watched Blue is the Warmest colour last night, blimey. Hadn't seen owt like that on my telly for a long time but then I'm not that avid a telly viewer. Having watched said film about the sexual awakenings of a very pretty French schoolgirl (stumbled upon while channel surfing, honest
) reality hit home today when I was reminded that real lesbians in fact look like Peter Griffin.
Do wonder what actors think about sex scenes. Even if someone asked me to film a five minute scene with Jennifer Lawrence I'd decline. I mean you can act being happy, sad, being shot, chased et al but if you're sans clothes grappling with someone that's more than acting not to mention doing so in front of a crew and doing however many takes - and that's the fun stuff. If ever there's a rape scene be it Eastenders or Straw Dogs I can't help thinking that must be pretty damned hard to take for the actors involved (goes without saying noting compared to reality).

Ahhh, I do miss those 70's hair styles.Netflix seems to be obsessed with nudity and even more so with lesbian/gay sex. It seemed for a while every tv series I tried getting into was awash with same sex sex, to the point where heterosexual relationships were a novelty.

That's a very sweeping genearlisation. I know some very conventionally attractive women who are lesbians. You would, I would, but they wouldn't.Which brings me to an aside - Why are so many heterosexual men convinced all gay men will want to have sex with them, given the slightest opportunity? I mean, do they have to fight off heterosexual women with a stick 24 hours a day?

I can't even look whenever something like that happens on TV. Makes my skin crawl. How they act in it I'll never know.

Banshee was a great.series that would have got Mary Whitehouse frothing. Everything was over the top and almost a parody of the way things are going. It was all the more cringeworthy as one of the leads is a spitting image of a relative. Sorry no pics.
