I think it was useful as many people have a poor perception of their own bodies and this showed that everyone's is different and everyone has things that are a bit weird. Certainly, many looked better dressed.
The funniest thing was the one-legged man who was starting to "rise to the occasion" at the end so they continued filming from the waist up.
There are two things which made me concerned and that is (a) how do the people on there ever show their faces in public again and (b) what if you don't fancy any of the six at all?

A friend of mine read about this on a naturist website and called the production company, who contacted him a week or two later and conducted an hour long telephone interview. The next day, they phoned him back and invited him to audition. He had to go to a hotel in (I think he said) Manchester, where he would be interviewed by some of the production team, and be required to disrobe at some point just to show he was comfortable being naked.
However, he ended up changing his mind and not going, reasoning that if Channel 4 were commissioning the programme, it would probably not show naturism in a good light, and be full of knob jokes and other sniggery schoolboy humour.
After seeing the first epidose, I asked him if he regretted his decision, to receive an emphatic "NO!!"
