Recommendations for TV Series to watch?

Loved Banshee, and Sons Of Anarchy remains my favourite. Tried watching Breaking Bad, but couldn't get into it though. Game Of Thrones and True Blood (apart from the rather wet last season) were also great, but looking for something less fantasy based. Anything similar to Banshee or SoA that anyone can recommend?

Fargo is a great one in my opinion. Just finished The Night Of which I also enjoyed.

Narcos is excellent.
Better Call Saul, however it is a Breaking Bad spin off.
I've just finished episode 3 of the first series of Bloodline; so far so good.
Stranger Things, only watched episode 1 so far but I like and it has had fantastic reviews.

Going on what you like I would recommend-
The Shield ( my favourite boxset)

Prison Break (season 1&2 are great, 3&4 are rubbish tho)

Definitely 'The Shield' you may have to stick with it thru the first season then it just gets better and better. You will recognise a lot of people from SOA in it and think both had same producers/writers

Good series! I'm half way through season 4 at the moment. Not as good as earlier seasons but still enjoyable.

Considering the best of US serial dramas

THe most non/anti fantasy one of the lot is HBO's The Wire, it's practically a documentary. But amazing.

The Bridge and also "trapped" are great Scandinavian series. Also just finished Borgen which I enjoyed very much, although it was a bit different to what I normally watch.
