Do we know who the boots by the boat full of weapons is? Assume (due to the note) the bloke has more weapons and ammo? Also assume he will some how be roped in by rick and will become the weapons supplier?

Speculation is that it's either Alpha or Magna, who are both leaders of other groups in the comics.

its a new charachter from a group made for tv apparantly, mentioned on talking dead, the makers are currently unofficially calling them the "garbage pail kids"

Would have to be a massive deviation if it was alpha's group.

Can't think who it would be, made for tv at a guess. which is good as it's a nice surprise.

I think it's the guy from the Kingdom who went to see Carol and Morgan, he has other stashes around the place that Negan doesn't know about and is probably checking them out to see if they have the ability to help the Kingdom take on Negan.

That seems plausible given we saw his caravan and if you watched the trailer for the coming episodes.
