The Walking Dead Series 7 - No spoilers please.
Discussion
Due to an idiot (me) sorting out our premium TV at home - we have two options - watch/record it in SD via Virgin, or stream it HD via now TV, either live at 9pm when you can't pause/rewind/ff through the ads, or wait till 10pm and watch it without.
Usually, I couldn't give a toss, but I really want to watch it, asap in HD, but Fox add more ads than I ever thought possible and make it almost unwatchable... decisions decisions.

Stream at about 9.30 and skip the ads?Usually, I couldn't give a toss, but I really want to watch it, asap in HD, but Fox add more ads than I ever thought possible and make it almost unwatchable... decisions decisions.
I record on Fox and then start watching about 20 past.
I thought that was a great episode, had a little dinner party and few people over to watch it after and a few were saying it was ste, so I can see the different opinions and understand them. But that scene with Michone and Rick driving through the walkers was brilliant! As was the whole Ezekiel on the "throne" bit. Really good episode imo.

The Rick and Michone scene was the usual stupidity on display. Why fight through walkers to get to the SUV when they could just have reversed their cars back to where it was clear?
Honestly, there is no way people so stupid could survive for so long.
Or instead of the others sitting in the car when they stopped they could've drove out of the crowd a bit, as they easily did once Michonne and Rick got there. Some of the logic in the show is just too stupid at times, it's all showpieces and setups without much substance a lot of the time. Honestly, there is no way people so stupid could survive for so long.
Like in the final scene, a huge group of people suddenly surround them from all sides and quietly huddle for an extended period of time holding guns 5 inches away from their faces. Logically that would not be the case, they'd surround them while in cover, point their weapons at them and order our group to drop theirs.
Anybody got any clue as to who this new lot are? Despite the moaning I still enjoy it, but I have to note the bs too.

Going by the smile we're meant to know but damned if I can remember friendly characters from the past.1) The hooded person is someone Rick knows, the one who has been following him, the first to be seen with the gun and the last to come in close, but if they are known why hold the guns on them for so long.
2) It's the all girl group from the island who have had to move again, possibly because the saviours found them, perhaps pineapple head was taken by the saviours and told them he was with Tara and they were from Alexandria and they went back to look for her and found the island group. So they moved again. I'm sure one of the girls was the angry one who wanted to shoot Tara when she was leaving.
or 3) He is smiling because he has just found another armed group who could join up with them and beat the saviours.
I think it's 2 & 3.

There were blokes, but also lets not forget that Father Gabriel took all the food back (the food they'd mostly taken from the boat people) for some unknown reason, which I'm sure'll flash-back to coincide with everyone being away from Alexandria, boots McStalker guy comes in and has an altercation / pow wow with Father Gabriel, and I think Ricks smile is for a wide smiling Gabe!
Ah yes, good shout.FourWheelDrift said:

It's got to be the person with the boots... I think it's someone they recognise/know.
The only person I can think of who's MIA is the one I mentioned above, minor character Heath who disappeared when with Tara, maybe they took him. But how would that stop him from saying "thanks, but I really do need to get home now".Who else have they known who isn't dead?
Maybe it's Bill Murray, he has form when it comes to avoiding Zombies.
