So.

"Death awaits you. You have made a covenant with death, and with hell you are in agreement. You're all going to die!"

Identify the movie from which the quote is taken. Then you (not some random contributor, YOU!) get to set the next quote. Quite easy, plenty of similar threads run smoothly, and it was explained quite well enough to understand by the OP himself.

Carry on....
Zulu.

clap ...Jack Hawkins as the Rev Otto Witt. After Chard slaps the horse's rump to get rid of the preacher, it leads nicely into the "why us" exchange between Pte Cole and CSgt Bourne. Despite it's flaws, mostly in terms of the mistreatment of some of the protagonists for "artistic purposes", and weapons/uniform details forced by budget limitations, it's one of my favourite war films, and right up there with my favourite films of all time.

I though the 'covenant with death - you're all going to die' quote came from a western (The Magnificent Seven came to mind for some reason). Wrong genre, I thought, after looking up the actual answer, but if you think about it, substitute Native Americans for Zulus, US Cavalry for the 24th Regiment of Foot, and a fort in the American mid-west for a missionary station in Natal province and, hey presto - a Western...

Not 100%, but I think it's Samual L Jackson in Pulp Fiction. The same scene as "I'm sorry, did I break your concentration?"

Here's a tough one...
"Gynaecological instruments for mutant women."

A matter of life and death?

I can't think of anything clever or obscure, so I'll go for an easy one.
"At my command, unleash hell."

Smokey and the Bandit.

"It restates the negativeness of the universe. The hideous lonely emptiness of existence. Nothingness. The predicament of man forced to live in a barren, godless eternity like a tiny flame flickering in an immense void with nothing but waste, horror, and degradation, forming a useless, bleak straitjacket in a black, absurd cosmos."

I shall refrain from answering because I had to Google that one. But in context it's a phenomenal line, although I've never seen the film. I just read the full exchange though, and now I feel I ought to...

You have to "Name the film from the line" before you can put your own quote up

Stumped. Whatever it is I haven't seen it, as it sounds pretty memorable.

Here's one from an old film that seems very relevant still today.

" I feel entitled to point out that we here regard our function as the encouragement of constructive investment, and not the financing of mere gambling transactions "

*sigh*

I'm just about ready to reach for the "Ignore thread" button too. And this one had so much potential.

If only people would read the small print in the OP's post, eh?

Snatch or Lock Stock. I'll go with Snatch as it's the least likely.
As another poster agreed with me immediately afterwards I'll accept that as confirmation of my guess answer.

So, an easy one: "One bd goes in, another comes out"
