Could someone advise me on what I should be looking for & what questions should be asking 2010 car 15000 miles one owner with a good spec at a Porsche main dealership thanks in advance
You'll be as safe buying that as any other car.Don't worry about questions, buy the car if YOU like it, not them.
As for bargaining, that's the real question: I would budget on two visits at least with you walking away and them calling you back to tempt you. It's a buyers market.
Maybe get them to throw in servicing, new rubber, winter wheel set (rears) or something....
I recently bought a 2010 997 from Porsche Mayfair and couldn't be happier. Check that the audio usb cable is provided and working. The warranty should be for two years and the car serviced. I'm sure the car will be top quality as they won't display one against new cars if it isn't. I struggled to get anything off the price except a Silverstone day....Best of luck!
Just a slight twist on this thread - any advice on how to sell a 2010 C2S with just 9500 miles? Had the car since new, full Porsche service history and absolutely huge specification. It's a truly pampered car but no idea what its worth and best means of selling?
Grateful for any advice.
Thanks

as others have said a 1 owner car from an OPC, no questions to ask are there.you can ask for a over rev report and service history dates, what mm left on the tyres, has it had a new battery (5 year old MOll will fail 1st cold night you leave it outside lol), disk life etc
As it got a new warranty it will have had a 111 point check so all that info is available.
Are you happy with the front end, does it have stone chips
all just the normal buying items.

I'd be calling JZM, Stirlings, Cameron, Hexagon etc ...the latter would put that car up for probably close to £60k. This car is probably a good proxy https://hexagonclassics.com/cars/porsche-911-997-c...Grateful for any advice.
Thanks
Whether that means you'll get a bid beginning with a "5" I doubt though. Hexagon have had that car for months but then they don't mind doing that. I would think mid/high £40's is the right trade price.
Someone on another forum had a 997 GTS they were selling...Hexagon told them to go and get as many other bids as they wanted and they'd beat the best by £500. That car is still for sale as well!

If it's a manual, why don't you keep it? It's a peach.Grateful for any advice.
Thanks
I think in years to come, people will hunt out Manual, Non-Turbo, 911s
Seeing as we have (horrible) PDK, Turbos now
Has the 6 year maintenance been performed? This is part of the service schedule but not included in normal services.
Other than check and double check everything they say, if in any doubt ask for it in writing. If they hesitate then you should treat what they say with a bit of caution.
