Surely you don't just write out of the plot one of your key actors? I know they do it in GoT every week, but that's a bit "tried (tired?) and tested" by now, isn't it?

Bernard must return..!! I feel a petition may be required. smile

Yeah it's certainly pointing that way now.

Does look like it could be, say for example in the clip above when 'Wyatt killed the General' that could be Delores killing Arnold.

The question would be the why of it, Arnold rigging things so the hosts run amok on his command or them becoming sentient and rebelling on their own?

I hope I wasn't the only one to notice that the photo handed to William of his fiancé was the same photo that Delores' dad found on the farm and caused him to go mental?

Yes, the same photo but in 'new' condition. Big obvious pointer about timelines for people not picking up on the subtle hints. A bit like mechanical guts in Delores.

OK, speculation time.

What if the scene where Ford woke up Bernard was *now*. Ford is old in that scene, so either Bernard isn't that old or Ford made a contingency Bernard quite recently. We've been watching the bunker machine making another host for a while and it didn't turn out to be Theresa. We also saw drawings of Bernard that Theresa found. Why were they lying around *now*?

Aww man, not this again...

Where to even start...

Are you forgetting Ford was made to look younger in this scene? His hair was darker, not white.

Then there's the matter of "What should we call you? It wouldn't be right to use his name, what about Bernard?"

Just watched that scene again. Not convinced his hair is different but he does look less wrinkled, I'll concede.

What do you think Ford was growing in the vat?

I think they did a cracking job for his face on the young version.

The '1st' and '2nd' I think are in the same time period, just the second one is more CGI as it is a close up than random lookalike actor. The clothes are the exact same.

Can we revisit William = MiB?

Is there any possibility that MiB could be Logan after all?

MiB has William's knife and wears a shirt similar to Will's, but MiB spent his life emotionally "empty" and is antagonistic towards Dolores.

AND MiB told Teddy (after he had revived him with Lawrence's blood) that he had "opened one of you up once". We saw Logan rip open Dolores, whereas William tore apart several Confederados. It's a subtle difference but this show lives by the subtleties.

Is there anything that categorically makes Logan = MiB impossible?

In the latest episode after Logan fell to sleep in a drunken coma William killed and mutilated every host at the camp...so he's definitely opened a few of them up.

No, that's exactly the subtlety I was talking about. MiB said he had opened "one" of them up. Logan did that. William tore apart several.

Yeah, I get what you're saying. But maybe he was underplaying a murderous rampage he went on 30 years ago?

I'm sure all will be revealed soon!

It's sort of bemusing people are happy to dismiss all the other evidence presented based on one line and the MiB not being anally retentive about the minutia of his actions 30 years prior.

In the context of the scene it would have been odd for him to say "My friend opened one of you up once" or "I opened an army of you up once", he was simply making his point aboiut how they used to be mechanical and now they're flesh and bone.

I don't see anyone getting hung up on him saying Arnold "died 35 years ago" as opposed to "Arnold died 34 years, 42 days and 7 hours ago"
