I wouldn't give much credence to anything Isaac Hunt posts. Most of his replies are inflammatory and contrary.
Still disproves his theory that NO ONE said it biggrin

I thought the intro (with the 3 Mustangs) was brilliant. I enjoyed the Holy Trinity (although there was FAR TOO MUCH time spent drifting around corners). American Stig was genuinely rubbish. I'm not too sure how the "Different Country" every episode is going to work out. The chemistry with the audience was lacking (I doubt if anybody gets British humour like the British)

It would be nice to have more "cars" and less cocking about tbh.
There's gonna be less cars and more cocking about in future episodes.

So you work on the show then? No wonder you love it so much!
TGT told us a few weeks ago that ep 1 would be more cars, and the others would be more silly.

Amazing ! They managed to change nothing at all from what was an already stale show on the Beeb.
It might be slightly better if they keep to actually having decent cars , but if they go back to the same old fake caravan crashing crap and and some of the long boring drives they did, it really will be boring. Old TG was deadly dull when padded out with this type of unfunny drivel.

I thought the added 29mph footage was pretty funny lol

I missed the stupid stuff like the news, I guess that is a problem when these were filmed a while ago.
They're still filming this season.

I'm not too keen on South Africans(my O/Hs boss was one for a while, an utter ). Do nice people live in Dubai?

My point was they went all the way to the states to film the show in the middle of nowhere in some crappy desert, which doesn't appear to have been that great an idea. Will this continue?

I also used to work with a South African girl that said about black people "the ones in your country are okay but the ones in ours are animals"

They really don't do themselves any favours.

Your dictating your opinion on South Africans cuz one guy who was South African wasn't to your liking?

It's a good job yoor theory is BS or we'd all be ascensoreds like you.

I wanted to love episode 2, and whilst I did laugh and find it mildly entertaining, the whole soldier thing got boring very quickly with the die repeat crap. It was ok, but nothing special and got rather tedious after 3/4 repeats. Still worth a watch.

Anyone know where they are for week 3?

What an awful show. I keep thinking it'll get better, but it's turning into a circus act. I won't be surprised if Amazon pull the plug on it asap.
lol it's their most successful show they've ever had, after 3 shows.

Episode 3 was fantastic.

Why does the drone keep crashing in the intro? Am I missing the joke? Aren't Amazon meant to be promoting drones what with them wanting to launch Postman drones?

Enjoyed episode 4 a lot. Brilliant. Favourite one so far.

Main feature was great, review was funny, even the celeb bit was good. Thoroughly pleased with that!

Bring on next week!

Disagree.

Who gives a toss what those idiots at the Guardian think?
Let them have their little whinge....we'll just crack on and enjoy the programme.

I give a toss about what the Guardian thinks. You just crack on and enjoy your download without trying and failing to denigrate the finest free UK-based news website available.
The guardian is crap, just like every other media outlet on planet earth.

Enjoyed this weeks show. Suggest that if you didn't, you should probably stop watching all together.

I also don't think watching it at 00:20 in the morning when it's just released is the best idea in the world.
Watch it at 23:01 when it's released then wink

Trouble is the guardian is right, I was expecting top gear +++ with the budget and it is a bit lame, just like Top Gear on BBC. The programme is too scripted and dull, last week Hammonf was the arse, this week James with his "car", the tent bits are just bland, nothing about cars coming out now as it was filmed ages ago, no interaction with the audience, what is the point?
I came into it expecting exactly the same as TG, so you can see why I'm happy with it smile

Just watched ep 4.
I have to say I really enjoyed it....well 14 minutes of it.
The other 1hr 4 minutes were frankly embarassing.
Episode 4 is 62 minutes long, not 78. Were you watching the wrong show? biggrin
