Brilliant, thanjks.
Well that was excellent! Bit surprised, but looks likeSony hacksDisney have finally got it right! Quite impressed really, and Keaton is amazing, caught a lil of the Beetlejuice voice right at the end, lovely lil story. ANother small victory story, like LOgan, nice.

I enjoyed it, although I was suprised to see "Flash" as a nerdy indian kid who was in the spelling team.
Flash Thompson is mean to be some big, cool/stupid jock. Cast him as whatever race you want, but at least keep his role/stature correct.

Saw it tonight - thought it was pretty good.
Not the strongest MCU film - but definitely the best incarnation of Spiderman.
Woah woah, lets not get carried away. It's good, but it's no Spiderman 2.Not the strongest MCU film - but definitely the best incarnation of Spiderman.

Spiderman 2 may be the better film, but I would agree this is the best incarnation of Spiderman, the character. Flash Thompson is mean to be some big, cool/stupid jock. Cast him as whatever race you want, but at least keep his role/stature correct.

I think the change to “Flash” Tompson is to make him a bully for the current generation. The physical bully is probably less relatable now than the kid who turns everyone against you. Less ‘jock’, and more ‘troll’.

Just got back from seeing it, very much enjoyed it!
The best little bit for me was when he was driving the Audi and shot his web out in a poor attempt to get around the corner very quickly. A not-so-sly nod to Keaton's Batmobile ability? Certainly made me chuckle!

Saw it last night.
Thoroughly enjoyed it, lots of fun. Very Spiderman - made me think back to the comics.
Keaton was just amazing, agree on the menace portrayed in the car scene.
Tom Holland is the best Spidey by far fro me, just perfect.
Didn't really like the new Flash for the same reasons already outlined, but can agree on him being a troll as opposed to a physical bully. More pussyfication, but it is what it is.
More excited for Thor now after seeing the trailer again last night

Finally got to see this (already being squeezed out of our multiplex due to all the stuff coming out).
Fab, really enjoyed it. Nailed the family friendly / humour / action balance perfectly, but then Marvel really seen to get that.
The car scene was just superb, highlight of the movie for sure and tied in nicely with the end credit scene I thought.
On that note, it's a Marvel movie ffs, yet 75% of the cinema get up and leave straight away?! Nearly everyone else left after that but I'm pleased to say my patience was rewarded

When I saw it about 90% stayed to the very end. They have successfully trained their audience to sit patiently waiting for a treat, like Pavlov's dog. SpudLink said:

It's not just Marvel these days, loads of films have end credit scenes, we also tend to stay to the end just in case, although it's easy enough to find out if films have end credit scenes nowadays.
The second scene was definitely worth waiting for, I don't think it would have had the same impact if I'd just looked it up on the internet later rather than waiting through the credits for it
Overall really enjoyed the film, I liked that it was a reboot but not the same old origin story again.

In a world of instant films, it was a nice lil aside to make a cinema experience stand out.
