Hi all
Normally a fan of Sky tv but have been charged for the free gift over Christmas, turns out I ordered through my box and not the website so it's invalid, can honestly say over the last few months they have really gone downhill, constant problems with Sky Q that they just send an engineer out to reset the box, you can never get through to them on the phone, frankly can't wait to cancel in June, never thought about leaving them before.
