Old Top Gear = 7/10
New Top Gear = 3/10
The Grand Tour = 6/10
Old Top Gear = Some episodes are 10/10 inc most of the "challenges" but the quality dropped hugely toward the end.
New Top Gear = Harris was good but underused, Rory/Matt are growing on me, hated Evans.
The Grand Tour = Hated the studio stuff & the American (clarkson is seriously trying to make him the new Stig and failing), the forced humour was annoying rather than funny but lots of the features were excellent (Mays GT40 one etc). At the moment it's just trying too hard and the amount of "fakeness" to make things deliberately go wrong is very unfunny/boring/off-putting.
