45th President of the United States, Donald Trump. Vol 2

Ukraine could have stayed part of the Russian Federation - it chose not to. Just as what became Northern Ireland chose not to be part of an entity governed by a parliament in Dublin.
Ukraine at separation from Russia constituted provinces with very different histories.East bank Dnepr had been Russian since 1700, whereas parts of western Ukraine only became part of the USSR in 1945.
National self-determination cannot mean automatically using internal administrative boundaries of long dead empires forever more with no possibility of adjustment.
So what we have is a secret service that appears reluctant to share intelligence with the president. We have a president who uses Twitter to attack the media and his secret service. We have a president who wants a close relationship with Putin.
I would assume, therefore, we have the intelligence services in Europe, such as Germany, France, UK and others which will be more than a little reluctant to share intelligence with the States.
I'm not worried.

I couldn't spell that A lot of people wanted a change from the entirely self serving career Politicians and now we have got a Non Political President of the USA. Not many would have chosen him but the noise coming from the "precious ones" is quite deafening so already he has had some effect. The American people elected him it will be up to them to decide if he is worthy of their votes.
