ON the back of this thread I watched the R5 GT Turbo episode. Enjoyed it a lot even with my passing knowledge of French, but the 'Mike' character clearly has an affected accent just like his UK counterpart that makes him difficult to comprehend at times, and he has the same habit of repeating certain phrases.If you have 50 minutes to waste...

Seriously though, it just shows how formatted the show is - different actors with a different language but so very, very familiar. Even the "Mike" character pondering and scratching his chin at the laptop, the subsequent scripted haggling over buying price and "I've just bought myself a...".
