Hearing rumours of an explosion and shooting outside the HOC. In New Place Yard. Anyone near by?

Just watching Sky News, I don't think anyone really knows what's happened just yet. People reckon they've heard shots.

Edit: A 'witness' says a Police officer was shot / stabbed then Police fired back.

News saying shots are police firing, and a helicopter is already landed in Parliament Square, and area is cordoned off, so must have happened at least 10 mins ago or so.
