Discussion
It's complicated; the leg that was sent to Robin was from a young woman who had once requested Strike's help in amputating her own leg as a result of body dysmorphia.

There's a new book in the pipeline, so fingers crossed for more to come.
Not for a good while, sadly.http://www.radiotimes.com/news/tv/2018-03-04/strik...

Hopefully, the wait will be worthwhile. Thanks for posting. Elderly said:
Agreed - the books are great and the programmes shown a couple of years ago were good too,
but sadly, so far, this newly broadcast series is very poorly made.
+1 (apart from reading the books)but sadly, so far, this newly broadcast series is very poorly made.
I thought I was watching a rom drama - all anguished looks and pensive pauses getting in the way of a good whodunnit with archetypal damaged PI.
Do the books change in tone too?
