Early days yet. Apple Music took some time to get going. But yes, they need to add decent content soon otherwise they will find it difficult. Fortunately, I have 12 months free subscription because I certainly wouldn't pay for it currently.

I watched a bit of the (I presume) kiddies' show about ghosts coming out of books. It was quite sweet, but sumptuously produced - so I think there's some promise there, but - yes - early days

Another new one, they just released the first three episodes today

Servant

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8068860

Drama/horror/thriller produced/directed by M. Night Shyamalan.
I know some are not a big fan of the guy and to be honest, it is a bit of a slow burner but keeping me interested so far.

.... M Night can be a bit variable, but this starts off very, very promising..... but yes, slow...... although just the quality of production from the first frame sucked me into it....

....I hope I’m not being fooled here, and it stays this good!

Let us know... also got a year free with iPhone this week, but haven't even looked to see what is freely available yet.

I got to the end of the second episode and can’t wait to see more. So this is the first thing that’s really hooked me on Apple - the alternative moon landing story didn’t keep me at all interested, although I cannot put my finger on why.

It’s a story (“Servant”) which you really don’t want to see the trailer or read the reviews, because just the setting up of the story, although slow, clearly contains lots of subtleties that it is worth becoming immersed in; on the way you get some “interesting” M-Night-style mini-twists - and I think that is it’s strong points!

I want Mrs Beano to see it, as I think it’s definitely something for her too - and have warned her off the trailer so she doesn’t start with the preconceived ideas..... “but Michael!!! I’m telling you the plot!”.....

Amazingly, as an important side issue, I didn’t find Rupert Grint a completely annoying **** **** - and that’s both novel and saying something!

See and For All Mankind both wrapped this week, really enjoyed both, slightly better than average 7 out of 10 blind astronaunts for both

For all Mankind has been worth a watch. I've liked it thus far.
It's not wrapped though, there are two remaining episodes, available on the 13th and 20th December.

This is true, wrongly assumed it was the same number of episodes as See

We’ve been enjoying servant. Got the year free with my phone, not enough content for a paid service yet.

I've just signed up for my free Apple TV+ on new iPad, and have watched for All Mankind over the last couple of weeks. I really enjoyed it... but some of the storylines made me feel sad really. Not exactly uplifting. Not sure if that is a good thing or not...

I am into the last 30 mins of episode 10, and quite gripped for the ending!

I really enjoyed Lirrle America. 8 shorts about immigrants to the US. Very well filmed.

Finally got round to watching The Morning Show and For All Mankind.

I went in with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised by both. I suspect there isn't going to be a series two for the former but I'm looking forward to the second series of the latter.

Are they both complete and binge-ready now?

I'm not going to subscribe, as we've already got more on-demand options than we can watch, but I thought I'd take advantage of the free month to watch these two.

Yes and there’s another one called see which is quite good in a sort of madmax for blind people way.

Looks like there is a second season of the Morning Show. I also didn’t expect much but was hooked.

Great news. It's one of those shows that I imagined wouldn't appeal but like I said, I was surprised I enjoyed it.
