Season 3 Ep7. String training.
No spoilers. Crying. Crying with laughter!!
Possibly the funniest scene I have watched in a very long time.

Roy Kent has to be the best character in the show for me. The scenes with him on the sidelines during that trailing had me in stitches along with him shouting "Whistle".

Roy Kents head looks like a really good animation - not like a real person at all.

Just watched the last episode. Really lovely. Can’t say more without spoiling for others.

Agreed, great series and it seems to have ended at the right time.

The whole back half of the season after Amsterdam has been brilliant.

I hope they pause then find a way to bring it back, either with the obvious story that was teased in the finale, or by some other route.

There wasn’t really any tease. I was quite disappointed with it as an ending. It was a nice ending, but I wanted a happy ending.

I thought the last series was fine but a noticeable decline from one and two.
Ending it there seems right to me.

Well, what a superb series in my view, enjoyed all three seasons. It was funny and compelling with a really nice thread running through it.

The episode when Nate played the violin was superb, as was last nights and they didn’t give it a cheesy ending of winning the league, or Ted staying, it was more believable and they wrapped up the loose ends nicely too.

Shame it will be the last one, it’s a 10 from me.

You’d have thought the Apple merchandise department would be all over this with the “book” available imminently.

Sudeikis has now said: “This is the end of this story that we wanted to tell, that we were hoping to tell, that we loved to tell."

Love that. Finished on a good note, great bloody show and the montage in the changing rooms was a real reminder of all the previous seasons highlights.

It was great -- S3 did take a while to find its mojo, but as with the team, so did the show in the Amsterdam episode.

Watching last week’s episode (Man City match) on Wednesday evening and then finding out what had been happening at the Amex at exactly the same time was spooky. Life imitating art?

Late to the party; watched the lot over last 2 weeks. Loved it all.

Great to see it go out on a high last night.

Now watching Shrinking, which has Ted’s co-producer, and is co-created and co-written by Brett Goldstein – aka Roy Kent.

In our household we say, “Never trust a person who doesn’t like the Mighty Boosh.”

To which we’ve now added “…and/or Ted Lasso” biggrin

Amusingly (in my head at least) I started pondering Roy Kent playing Bond whilst watching Ted.

I love the whole things from S1 E1 to the ending... Yeah it was bit sugary sweet at times, but it made me smile like an idiot when real life was kicking me up and down the road. I'll miss it.

The last ep was full of easter eggs, I didn't notice half of them at first.

I can't even remember why Roy Kent shouts "Whistle" but I pissed myself when he did it to a tune at in the final ep.

P.S. I've never seen a game of football.

With respect to Goldstein playing Bond, I watched Thor Love and Thunder recently and at the very end I seem to recall that he appears as Hercules.
