So kidnapping... Surely it's abduction?
Abduction has to be outside UKI still think they are stretching with Kidnapping though and certainly would not make a quick decision...
In the context of criminal law, kidnapping refers to the unlawful act of forcibly taking or carrying away another person without their consent and without lawful justification. Here are the key elements that constitute a kidnapping offense:
Taking or Carrying Away: The perpetrator physically moves the victim from one place to another against their will. This can involve force, fraud, or coercion.
Lack of Consent: Kidnapping occurs without the victim’s consent. The victim may be restrained, threatened, or otherwise prevented from leaving.
Loss of Liberty: The act must result in a significant restriction of the victim’s freedom. This loss of liberty distinguishes kidnapping from other offenses.
Intent: The perpetrator must have the intention to commit the offense. Intent can be inferred from their actions.
Lawful Excuse: Kidnapping is unlawful unless there is a valid reason, such as legal authority (e.g., police officers executing an arrest warrant) or parental rights (in certain child custody cases).
In the United Kingdom, kidnapping is a serious criminal offense, and those found guilty can face substantial penalties, including imprisonment. It is essential to seek legal advice promptly if you are involved in any such situation .

Seems to me Rhona has done all of that….also a massive sense of entitlement too about her rights. I still think they are stretching with Kidnapping though and certainly would not make a quick decision...

I rewatch the Bill a lot and I can't get past that it's Kerry...
Why? She was gorgeous then and is still gorgeous now. She is also what, 48 IIRC. Fine shape,Seems they are both happy with each other playing away, as long as falling in love elsewhere doesn't happen....!
My guess, based on the look from Ruby as she hugged Caleb at the end, is that she is out to destroy him completely. When he first appeared with Nicky fairly sure the reason was that he'd already cheated on Ruby (again) back then and had walked away.
A few options to ruin Caleb, but i wouldn't be surprised if she approaches Kim with an arrangement / agreement as Kim would be more than happy to further shaft Caleb for what he tried when he first arrived in the village.
