Gabby looks to have plenty of mileage left in Emmerdale.. Expectant mother to Jamie's kid and manipulating Kim Tate (Good luck in keeping that going!) Could be around for a while at least...!
Leanna was very controlling of her dad, and spiteful towards Leyla when she first got with her dad.. - But now they seem like good mates which in Soapland is boring....! Not sure Leanna will remain in Emmerdale for long....!

Nice to see that the scriptwriters have finally remembered that Kim's house has a fully integrated CCTV system fitted 
Even with everything going on with Kim, given how often she was previously checking the CCTV to catch Mack / Charity / Noah i'm fairly sure she'd have checked and found the system to be down quite some time ago.

Just had a look at the schedule for the next few weeks once Euro 2020 starts. Looks like a maximum of 3 episodes a week, split between a couple of days off and also running in either early or delayed slots dependent on the TV coverage.
To counter that though it appears that BBC & ITV have said they'll be uploading / premiering all the episodes of their soaps, that are due that week, via their online services at some point on the Monday of that week so people can watch whenever they want rather than dealing with the schedule changes.
On the subject of Vanessa (Michelle Hardwick) it seems she was only meant to be written out temporarily once she got to the last couple of months of her real life pregnancy, but obviously Covid hit and with the filming restrictions / shielding advice last year, they had to engineer a full exit. Info online has said the show would like her character to return in the future but it wouldn't be for a while as a result of Covid filming restrictions, when / if she wants to return, etc.
