Not personally a fan of air cooled VW's but that latest Barn Find episode is epic. The range and extent of the original memorabilia is staggering, let alone the parts that could help many, many restos. Hats off to the family for respecting Grandad's work and passion.
I did laugh when he read the reg plate “FFF 2”
No Johnny, we’re not doing Roman numerals these days.

He's fairly eye opening if true.

It looked awful. I'm sure it was more fun if you were actually there driving, but FWD always looks so ungainly on low grip surfaces.

A new and anonymous user signed up to accuse him of much wrongdoing, including criminality, and wished bad things upon him. All without backing it up with any evidence of said wrongdoing.

ETA - talking about Hartge man here, not Jonny!

That would explain why he looked so uncomfortable on camera - all he needed was a dubbed voice and a pixelated face to keep his anonymity whilst showing the Hartge…

Was he the guy in Mark McCann's most recent video?

I guess it's part of his output that suits the general consumer rather than car enthusiasts. SUV's, and electric ones at that, really are white goods sleep
Electric's the future, granddad.
Is it? I'm going to keep buying V8s, personally.

His latest film is up and it’s one of my favourite under dogs the Primera Gt!

Owner bought it nearly new as an ex demonstrator .

Having done many hundreds of laps on track in Primera gt’s nice to see one on his channel - they do drive far better than you’d guess.

Very fond memories of mine. Was a fantastic car and they drive superbly, both on the twisties and whilst being very comfortable on a long run too.

Surprised how few of them are about now.

Mine succumbed to rust which is why I got rid back in the day...

Did a lot of durability running in these developing the brakes - really nice cars and handed very well. The predecessor Bluebird Turbo we used as a mule for the brake engineering was even more fun though, but guzzled petrol at a prodigious rate.

Also have fond memories of a Primera GT, had a 99 silver one and recall a great drive back from North Wales before all the speed cameras , was a great handling car and had sufficient power
