I’ll see if I can tell next time I go past on a wander
Sounds like you should be staying in, from your username. The covered up car on the neighbour’s drive is exactly as it was shown on the program, so no clues as to what it is. The forensic tent set up in his driveway is still there.
Finding out all the details of what happened in the program was quite shocking. I didn’t realise they had kids either. Thankfully they weren’t there when it happened. Scary to think it happened so close. I guess he’ll never give up why he killed the neighbour. It must have been so shocking for her poor family and they’ll probably never know what drove him to it. It seemed to me from his actions that there was definitely some pre-meditation with his wife. At least some justice was dealt out with the verdicts.
These progs highlight what a smoking gun your home computer can be,
your data can never be deleted, your ISP has all your searches, and it will always be able to be
accessed by police forensic bods.
If you are gonna google stuff about killing and the disposing of a body, buy a new smart phone and use the free wifi in
your supermarket.

The first episode, whilst watchable, seemed a lot work considering from the start we knew who had done it and pretty much what happened. Normally in this type programme there's a search for the offender(s).
The second episode, we never got to hear much about the victim or not too much either really about the offenders. All faces blurred out, presumably because of their age. So a bit of CCTV and a faint footprint was made to fill the whole programme.

Shocking crime but very light on detail and seemed to stretch it out a little.
Maybe there are still ongoing investigations? There were comments about gangs. There may be witnesses, I cannot think they got a conviction on a footprint and some circumstantial CCTV, definitely something being held back from broadcast.
Felt so sorry for the young lad that was murdered, his school tie, report card and a letter from the teacher saying how well he had done in his pocket and plans on his laptop to start a company etc, sounded like he was a switched on lad with a future.

Seem to be the last two of the previous series according to the planner info.
Bit of a gap in scheduling!
They’ve done that with the last 2 parts of another crime related series. Due to ongoing cases maybe? Bit of a gap in scheduling!

Interesting episode. What hateful individuals.
Absolutely. Found it hard to have any sympathy for those involved. However, although there were fingerprints on the crossbow I wonder if there would have been enough to convict all 3 if they had managed to successfully wipe or destroy the CCTV hard drive.
Wonder what the CSI used to recover them deleted CCTV vids, I accidentally deleted hours of holiday
vids from my hard drive and spent a small packet downloading various video recovery software, none worked.
Still confused as to who drove the white Audi into the fence, was it the guy the
brothers were beating up on the road when one of them cross-bowed the other ?
First 4 eps of series 2 featuring ethnic victims and perpetrators, BBC doing its bit for diversity, nice one.

Caught up with it last night, interesting tv.
I think the white Audi contained burglars that got on the move without being assaulted, then simply lost control on the bend, I assume all occupants had scarpered?
A little confusing, as the opening few minutes gave the impression that one of the murders was close to the car, well, that’s the impression I got anyway?
Is there any amusement to be had in the fact he shot his own family member dead? Asking for a friend...
