Repeat everything back in an incredulous voice like its a miracle. What they put the beans in a tin??? Amazing.
I was watching inside the Rice Pudding factory last night with my 7 year old daughter and pointing out the classic "Wallace-isms" - she was in hysterics and started repeating it herself.

He actually did do the "What? The rice going into the can ... isn't .... cooked?! You actually cook it .... in the can? Woah!!" even though he does the same thing every time there is a tin involved, ie. soup and beans ...

I think Greg is a national treasure TBH. It would be a dull show without his child-like wonderment.

While we are at it, why the fek! does GBBO need 4 presenters?

And the two 'comedians' make me squirm. Not funny at all.

I can't recall, but did he act like this on the early ones? Or has it become worse over time ?

Perhaps it's just becoming more annoying as we see him being amazed by the same thing he's been amazed by at least twice before.

Think he's always largely been the same. Guess it depends what show.

I'm not sure I'd say national treasure haha, but I quite like him too. There are far worse TV personalities, past and present.

That's going to jeopardise Dave Gorman's comedy show.

After David Croft, Greg Wallace is my most despised TV presenter.
