not at all unfair - part of the competition is to plate what you have cooked
I know but it was there, it was not unfinished or anything like that

I always enjoy the professional chef kitchen episodes. Anna was looking good.

Anna is almost as good at Gregg at gurning so makes a good replacement! I prefer Monica for Professionals but happy to have Anna whenever they need a replacement - she has a good rapport with the contestants.

My work is going through one of it's stressy times so was great to see them in a professional kitchen ... much needed perspective for me ... I'd last an hour max I reckon biggrin

Funny - I was re-watching old Boiling Point yesterday when Gordon was at his most mental lol Seemed a bit stressful in there especially after the A/C broke down.

Shame I thought Robin could of gone a lot further, thought to task was risky and some were too safe but Robin sauce too lacking in vanilla, shame.

FWIW, Monica Galetti will be back for Professionals later in the year. She's never done normal Masterchef.
She stood in for Greg when he was ill.

That was good tonight. Shame about Jack, I thought he would hit the final but he has some tough competition there.

Top restaurant to be in on the last 1/2 hr of the show, she is such a powerhouse in the restaurant business. The 3 amateurs I am really impressed with shame to loose one today.

Want to try the pie dish.

Her steak and triple cooked chips were never gonna cut it at this stage, the other contestants were in another league based on the dishes they served up.

Yeah, what was she thinking? You need a bit more than beef and potatoes on a plate.

I thought all four would be worthy of my cash, but agree Steak and Chips was a dumb move and the French Onion Soup was a clear third.

I think the remaining woman is favourite for the win.

I was a bit disappointed by Terry's lack of ambition on that but she only just sqeezed through in some previous rounds.

It'll be an interesting final for sure.
