The Hidden World of Hospitality with Tom Kerridge.

Very easy watch, enkoyed ep2 with The Beefy Boys, I can attest their burgers are really good!

I was introduced when visiting a friend in Hereford a few years back.

Good to see them doing well.

He said he went to Hereford.

The boathouse was in Hearford.

I finally got around to watching the final series of "Suits", I enjoyed it from the beginning but I think (from what I remember, series 8 was shown ages ago) it was losing the plot a little. The last series was good in parts, storyline was a bit reminiscent of one that I think was in LA Law, and the problem solved itself pretty quickly after a lot of faffing. Then it got a bit sugary towards the end, but I'm glad I've seen it all.

Now to find something else.

Good idea.

Sky Coppers Ch5 now.

Following a drone operating unit.
They could have called this "Coppers with small choppers" smile

You’ve probably seen them, but in a similar vein;

Billions, first 2 series are excellent, finance V law.

Succession, members of a family fight for the control of a media empire. They lack morals, have no redeeming features and nothing is predictable.

Thanks, I've heard of them but not seen either of them. I'll have a look.

By the sound of it, Succession is what ITV were hoping that "Riches" might have been.

Anybody tried The Reunion (ITV)?

The first five minutes suggested it's st, but has anyone made it further, or should I just delete it?

I'm 3 episodes in and it gets better.

Ok, thanks, I'll stick with it. At first, I assumed it was French dubbed into English because the acting was so bad (and voice dubbing actors are always crap), but then they started speaking French with subtitles, so I concluded that it was just bad. Also, it's really hard to hear what anyone is saying.

The start wasn't great (and having an ad break around seven minutes in didn't help).

However, I've watched the first two episodes and things do improve, so I'll probably continue to see how it develops. The overall story is potentially quite good, but some of the scriptwriting and acting is rather poor.

I found a box set of the first four series at the car boot last weekend, so I've started on this. Four episodes in I'm quite enjoying it, though it'll be interesting to see if it gets a bit repetitive.

In Ronin Sean Bean is all Billy-Big-bks about having been in the SAS and Robert DeNiro asks him "Ok then, what colour is the boathouse at Hearford?!", which Sean can't answer. Presumably because he doesn't have a clue what the witless Yank is on about.

I've posted this in the Things That Annoy You thread in the past.

Got to watch Ronin. Then it will all become clear. It’ll never be ‘Hereford’ again, and forever be transformed to ‘Hearford’ in your mind.

London Bridge: facing terror

Very interesting. Restrained, with moving and detailed accounts from those involved, and their families.
